Who’s to blame?

While managing my Social Media account, I daily scroll over messages such as: “God is going to reveal to you who is talking about you behind your back.” You know the ones.
I could give several more examples, but if all goes well you’ll understand what I mean.
These posts are always about how God is in the process of revealing to you what your “enemies” are doing to you.

Well that strikes a bit of a chord with me.
Let me explain why:
For the sake of completeness, let me start at the beginning…. We are ALL a work in progress. All of us, each and every one of us.
While performing maintenance on our characters, Papa God will certainly make it clear from what source some of the actions of those around you come. But the Papa God I know will put the focus on working on your character and on your heart. He often begins by softening and opening your heart. Your heart must be receptive to His instructions or they will fall on deaf ears.
After Papa has worked on your heart, He goes to work on your character. This means He polishes all the sharp edges of your character.

He does not do this by snapping His finger. No, He does this by revealing to you where the sore spots are.

He shows you what the sharp edges are, how He would like to see them polished, and then leaves it up to you to place these character traits in His hands. Of course, He guides you all the way through this!
Papa God is a Gentleman, He does not impose things on you. He does not force you to do anything. As would be fitting for a true Gentleman, He gives you the choice to respond to His instructions.

However, another thing He does during this process; He reveals to you where the bottlenecks are in your relationships. He reveals to you which relationships are honoring to Him and, of course, which ones are not. Papa shows you where you fall short in these relationships and which relationships you put too much into.
He shows you the true nature of the entity that talks through people. That’s why Papa God works on your heart first. Spirits are called spirits because they are disembodied; they need people to speak through them. To speak to your life, (to curse you).
But more about this in another blog!
